Hi I’m the manager of Each a Cup Wisteria Mall. For the drink that you ordered, Oolong Macchiato, we usually top it off with a little bit of matcha powder, and close it with a dome cover. However, for delivery we will seal the cup. Hence, the matcha powder looks like this after delivery. Hope this clarifies your concern. Thank you.
