Din Tai Fung’s pork chop is really flavourful, juicy and succulent pork chop. It goes perfectly well with their super yummy egg fried rice! Here’s a recipe that you can follow and cook literally under 15 minutes:

Ingredients: Serves 4 pax

  • 430g of pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons of five spice powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Chinese rice wine
  • 30ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • Dashes of white pepper 2 tbsps of corn flour
