Din Tai Fung’s pork chop is really flavourful, juicy and succulent pork chop. It goes perfectly well with their super yummy egg fried rice! Here’s a recipe that you can follow and cook literally under 15 minutes:
Ingredients: Serves 4 pax
- 430g of pork loin
- 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons of five spice powder
- 2 tablespoons of Chinese rice wine
- 30ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- Dashes of white pepper 2 tbsps of corn flour
