We were recommended by a friend to support this stall along Geylang, which opened just a couple of weeks ago in early 2021. Their specialty? Crisp Fish! It’s a thinly sliced river fish with a crispy texture, really unique.

For 2 to 3 pax, we will suggest you order their small pot ($38.80). With some additional hotpot ingredients ordered (ala-carte), it will be more than enough to fill your tummy!

Crisp Fish

Fragrant crisp fish with very tender crispy texture. The crispy we are talking about here is not till fried wanton kinda crispy, but like black fungus’ kinda texture.

After 30% done with the dry hotpot, you add in the pork broth:

And yes it becomes a soup hotpot!
