Quick fix is bistro bar that serves drinks and food in boxes. Recently, their chef have accidentally created a new type of pizza, Puff Pizza.
According to their Head Chef Eddie, this was an accidental creation when he had ran out of pizza-base and wanted to make a pizza to enjoy.
It turned out to be super crispy and flaky, something similar to the taste of a butter croissant.
Of course, during our interview, we tried to ask further about the recipe. Only to realise he keeping it to himself, his secret recipe. So we can’t get full access to his making process.
Right now, they are having a buy one get one free for their new creation! Its an absolute must-try for any pizza lovers!
