When I was a lot younger in the 1980s, Dang Gui Duck was something I only get to eat during Chinese new year. Yes, obviously, I was and still am a peasant. But today, I think I’m really lucky because I can eat such delicacy almost every day because coffee shops and hawker centers are selling them at an affordable price. Its now so common that everyone calls their roast duck, Dang Gui Duck, but not everyone sells the real deal.
Thankfully, I managed to find this stall in Bukit Batok, they are really good! They know how to make the authentic Dang Gui Duck. If you’re a fan of Dang Gui’s aromatic smell, you will love this place! Check out Ding Jian HK Styled Charcoal Roasted today!
